I ordered them on October 22 and they arrived on November 4. The bag is not fine, it looks quite quality and the drawing too. As the only paste, in shipping, the handles have been marked a little to some bags but it doesn't matter. By the way, even if the bag is 21 cm high, I wouldn't put things more than 15 cm if you want to close it.
